We work together with entrepreneurs, knowledge institutions and public parties to bring ideas to the market faster. We do this by thinking along about business models, cooperation and scaling up.

Investing in innovation and sustainable growth
Innovation requires support as well as resources. That is why DIO Academy stimulates technological progress through concrete investments. Together with regional development companies, we manage two funds (ROMs):
- A EUR 60 million SME Fund, aimed at stimulating entrepreneurship and technological development in SMEs;
- A Transition Fund with a target capital of 100 million euros, for projects that contribute to energy transition and a circular economy.
These funds have both social and financial objectives. They support companies that contribute to regional economic development, energy transition and the circular economy.
