Get to Work

STEP 1 : Get to Work

DIOAcademy helps organizations with change, growth and sustainable mastery! DIO forms hybrid teams focused on your business challenges. Where needed, we complement your teams with experts and connect the specialists to your challenge. Our work is measurable, delivers concrete results, and transfers knowledge!

STEP 2 : In detail page following explain

DIOAcademy is at home in Amsterdam, with a global outlook.

100% clean goes far beyond designing your own products, services or (production) processes. We develop local energy cooperatives based on bottom-up cases, with the goal of energy independence from commercial energy companies. In our efforts to make the energy industry more sustainable, we use new technologies, such as second-life and saltwater batteries, Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) systems and sensors, to reduce both energy consumption and energy bills.

We are also working internationally on circular business models for the construction industry. Here we apply environmentally friendly plastics such as PEF or PLGA in the development of building products. One example is a project with a construction company in Saudi Arabia aimed at making homes more sustainable. Our innovations travel the world to make an impact where it is needed the most.

STEP 3 : From......Via......To

Of course, grow!

It is for companies that want to build a backbone with a step-by-step structure for participants that provides a firm grip during the process guidance (do-steps).

Explore, experiment & support

Doing innovation through partnering where you are at the helm. Making ‘mistakes’ is allowed. DIO’s approach is unorthodox. You start building with vision. You learn to take and give leadership to innovations. Results are immediately visible because you focus on what is important. You capture important beautiful moments, develop from negatives and when things don’t work as intended, you create a new picture.

Your goal

The goal is to get practical answers to the question you don’t have the answer to “right now. Every company is exploring sustainability and with it its strategic capabilities and its new role in the supply chain. It needs the right talents on board, making the right organizational choices, taking advantage of opportunities and building a new operating model.
