DIOAcademy helps participants work integrally through learning by doing and substantive theoretical support. It leads to agility and value for organizations, people and society. DIOAcademy has developed tools to turn findings from the DOEN report into reality. DIO uses powerful work forms and techniques but also different tools like a score card and a GAME to determine the supply chain strategy.

Thinking and Doing comes together at DIO! DIO designs with academic models in the training materials focused on your practice! The participants work within a so-called LAB environment and follow the educational program. In the LAB, you are allowed to innovate with impunity. And that means you are “allowed” to make mistakes! Small achievable financially sound steps are realized.

The training material focuses on training skills (competencies) through coaching in practice. At the right time focused on a particular piece of knowledge within your organization. The trainings are set up with study tasks and/or themes. The activating work forms help in experimenting and applying the models. The trainer selects a number of (LAB) techniques after which the participant playfully learns to perform his/her future tasks.
